Earth Day: A Party for the Planet

Location: Brookfield Zoo North Parking Lot

Date: Saturday, April 24, 2021, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Every day is Earth Day at Brookfield Zoo but on this very special day we'll be showcasing some of the steps you can take that will truly make a difference for animals across the globe!

If you've been storing items in your basement and garage waiting for the perfect time and most Earth-friendly way to dispose of them, you can recycle them at Brookfield Zoo! On Saturday, April 24, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., the zoo will be collecting electronics, textiles, and used books (list of acceptable and unacceptable items below).

LOCATION UPDATE
Please enter the gate on 31st street, (around the corner from the main north lot). Please see map for exact location.
